We handle multi-camera shooting, professional audio, drone footage, editing, color grading and sound design for launches, congresses, fairs, galas and corporate events. Deliverables include event films, aftermovies, teasers and social media content.
An aftermovie is a 1–3 minute cinematic highlight reel capturing the energy of an event at a fast pace. Unlike a full event film that documents everything from start to finish, an aftermovie selects the most powerful moments and optimizes them for social media. It is the most popular content format for brands at launches and gala nights.
Delivery time depends on the scope. For pre-planned projects we often deliver the aftermovie and selected photos the same day or right after the event, so the content can be shared while the event is still trending. Full event films with detailed editing are delivered on an agreed-upon schedule.
Pricing depends on event duration, location, number of cameras and crew, additional services like drone, and the scope of deliverables. Since every event is different, we provide project-specific quotes rather than a fixed price list.
This depends on the scale of the event and the number of simultaneous moments. A small event may be covered by a single photographer, while a large congress, launch or gala requires a multi-camera and multi-photographer team working simultaneously. Yes. With our Istanbul-based team we provide event video production and photography services in all cities across Turkey. We fully manage planning, equipment and permit processes required by the location.
Before the event we review your programme in detail, conduct a venue visit and prepare a shooting plan. We pre-determine details such as lighting direction, stage position, timing of key moments and VIP guest flow. This preparation ensures critical moments are captured at the right time and angle.
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. Early booking allows us to arrange the team, equipment and permit processes (e.g. drone) comfortably. We also try to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
Videos are delivered in landscape (16:9) and portrait (9:16) formats for social media. Photos are provided in high resolution suitable for web and print. We also accommodate requests for different formats and resolutions as needed.
