## One pavilion, many companies, a single media team
Our largest operation at SAHA Expo 2026 was the collaboration with the United Arab Emirates Pavilion. The UAE Pavilion hosted several companies under one roof, and covering it properly meant building a team that could serve every one of them, simultaneously, for the entire run of the show.
The challenge with a national pavilion is that it is not one client but many. Each company inside the pavilion had its own stand, its own visitors, its own key moments and its own marketing needs. To cover them all, we assembled an 11-person, English-speaking crew of photographers, video operators, editors and on-site coordinators, working across the pavilion over five days — producing roughly 1,500 photographs.
## Managing a large crew on a busy show floor
On-site coordinators tracked each company’s schedule, assigned photographers and camera operators to the moments that mattered, and kept the editing pipeline moving. Every stand needed to feel individually covered, while the pavilion as a whole needed a consistent visual identity.
## Fast delivery for content that stays current
By keeping editors embedded in the team, we processed and delivered selected content quickly so each company could share fresh images while the fair was still running.
## What this project demonstrates
The UAE Pavilion project pushed the limits of our event production capacity. For a national pavilion or large corporate presence at a trade fair in Istanbul: enough people to cover every simultaneous moment, tight coordination, fluent English communication, and fast delivery.
