SAHA Expo 2026 ran five days at the Istanbul Expo Center. Inside it, the UAE Pavilion brought together multiple defense and aerospace companies under a single national pavilion — which meant coverage couldn’t just be “pavilion photos.” Every company inside needed its own usable content, from a shoot that had to work around everyone else’s booth, meetings, and demos at the same time.
One Pavilion, Many Companies, a Single Media Team
A shared pavilion is a different brief than a single-brand stand. Each company inside needed its own product shots, team photos, and meeting coverage — not just wide shots of the pavilion as a whole. We built an 11-person crew specifically for this: enough people to cover multiple companies in parallel rather than moving through the pavilion one booth at a time, which would have meant some companies getting covered on day one and others barely getting touched by day five.
Managing a Large Crew on a Busy Show Floor
Eleven people shooting inside one pavilion only works with a plan going in. Each company got its own mini shot list — product close-ups, meeting and handshake moments, booth traffic, any scheduled demos — so the crew wasn’t improvising in real time on a packed floor. That structure is what let the team move fast without stepping on each other, or on the pavilion’s own flow of visitors and delegations.
Fast Delivery for Content That Stays Current
This is the same logic behind why same-day content wins at multi-day fairs: content is worth the most while the event is still running, not after it closes. With close to 1,500 photographs coming out of five days, the priority was processing and delivering fast enough that each company inside the pavilion could share fresh images while SAHA Expo was still open — not wait until the show had already wrapped and the moment had passed.
What This Project Demonstrates
The UAE Pavilion was one of three engagements we ran at SAHA Expo 2026 — alongside a dedicated crew for TAWAZUN Council across all five days, and a brand-integrated team working inside EDGE Group’s own communications framework. Three different scopes, same underlying requirement: full-run, multi-day coverage that holds up whether it’s one brand or a dozen companies sharing a roof. More examples are in our portfolio.
